Interested In Joining?

Don't worry if you've never played before; we'll teach you everything you need to know but you must be able to swim 50 m unassisted.

Please note that the club is currently at capacity and cannot accept new members who don’t have prior water polo experience.

We welcome players with prior competitive experience (e.g. competing in a provincial, national, or varsity league) to a trial practice during which our coaches will assess your skill level. Based on their assessment and membership capacity, we will make a decision on which level to place you and when.

The Triggerfish love to see our old comrades and friendly faces!

We welcome Triggerfish alumni (former members) to rejoin the club outside of our regular intake periods with the understanding that:

1. The club operates at high capacity therefore we may not have available space. Should this be the situation, we will inform you once space becomes available.

2. Returning members will be assessed by our coaching staff to determine your appropriate skill group. This may not be the same group you left as training or fitness demands may have changed. 

We also welcome those who have played water polo at another IGLA club and are relocating to Toronto to join the Triggerfish with the understanding that:

1. The club operates at high capacity, therefore we may not have available space. Should this be the situation, we will inform you once space becomes available.

2. IGLA water polo athletes will be assessed by our coaching staff to determine your appropriate skill group placement. This is to ensure a comfortable and safe integration to our training programs.

Annual fees will be prorated according to your start date by the Treasurer, at which point your club membership will commence.
